We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return process.

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached. Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@equitymaxone.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or defective.

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
